By analyzing other current and future project schedules, the Project Planning tool provides a 'real world' view that can assist you in answering the following types of questions:
Project Planning & Forecasting - Quickly determine how long, and how much, a proposed project will take based on resource availability so that you can determine whether you can, and should, take on a project.
Project Monitoring - Once you decide to proceed with a project, deploy the project’s tasks to the project team so that they can track hours against those tasks. We then offer real time budget vs. actual information to determine progress. We also provide other tools to monitor how a project is progressing and when the project is currently scheduled to be completed. (i.e. Gantt chart, the project stats view, and the progress view.)
Resource Utilization - Managers can ensure that your resources are being optimized. Are your employees working on the right projects? Who is busy? Who is they not?
