DOVICO OFFERS THE FOLLOWING SOFTWARE SUPPORT PROGRAMS:

CLIENT SUPPORT PROGRAM (included free with all software purchases):

  • 90 days free telephone and e-mail technical support.
  • 90 days free upgrades.

Following the initial 90 day period:

  • Upgrades must be purchased.
  • Technical support is available for $45.00 US per incident.
MAINTENANCE PROGRAM (1 year maintenance plan):
  • Optionally renewable 1 year contract.
  • All major and minor upgrades included free.
  • Free technical support by email, phone and fax.
  • Additional licenses purchased within your first year are guaranteed at your original purchase price
  • Cost is 20% of your total initial purchase price.

    Note: The maintenance program must be purchased within the first 30 days of your initial software purchase.
