Client Support Program

• Included free with all software purchases
• 90 days free telephone and e-mail technical support
• 90 days free upgrades

Following the initial 90 day period:
Upgrades must be purchased, Technical support is available for $45.00 US per incident.

Maintenance Program

• 1 year maintenance program
• Optionally renewable 1 year contract.
• All major and minor upgrades included free.
• Free technical support by email, phone and fax.
• Additional licenses purchased within your first year are guaranteed at your original purchase price
• Cost is 20% of your total initial purchase price.

*Note: The maintenance program must be purchased within the first 30 days of your initial software purchase.
