Reports available for downloading

DOVICO Timesheet contains a reduced set of built-in reports when compared to previous releases (Track-IT Suite 2005 and below)

Many of the reports that were removed are available to be downloaded and imported into DOVICO Timesheet.

Reports for downloading can be previewed by selecting the report from the Contents tab on the left.

You can also quickly scan each report by using the Browse buttons   located below the Contents tab.

Reports are available for downloading in either Letter (8.5" x 11") or A4 (210mm x 297mm). To download a report, click either of the "Download this report" links on the report's preview page.

After a report has been downloaded, it must be imported into DOVICO Timesheet.

To import a report file:

1. Logon to DOVICO Timesheet.

2. Click the Reports Explorer button at the top of the side navigation bar.

3. Click on the report folder where the downloaded report will be imported.

4. Click the Import report button on the toolbar.

5. Click the Browse button and navigate to the downloaded .rxp file and click Open.

6. Click OK.

7. Add or remove security groups having access to this report by clicking on the newly imported report and then clicking the Report Security button on the toolbar.
